- I work with schools in Estonia to improve the quality of teaching and learning through instructional coaching – see Arengusammud.
- Managed international teacher development programmes focused on critical thinking and problem solving, and improving the quality of teaching and learning.
- Part of the core team that created Estonia’s Lifelong Learning Strategy for 2014-2020.
- Served as the Vice President of Teach For All, Associate Director of Teaching Leaders, and as the Founder and CEO of Good Deed Foundation.
- I have a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
